The first trait is:
Education
When you have educated yourself about a subject it
allows you to see what is necessary for success.
For example let's say you want to redo your roof and you don't
know that you need to lay down a tarpaper barrier first.
This barrier is to prevent water from getting to the plywood
because shingles don't actually waterproof your house, they simply
allow your house to shed water. If you did put down new shingles
without the tarpaper, you would see in winter months, many leaks
coming into your house, and your initial hard work now has no value.
Getting the proper education about roofing helps make your work valuable
and you can be successful at weatherproofing your home.
Knowledge is an important key, and applying that knowledge leads you to success.
