The third trait is:
Confidence
If you do not posess the knowledge that you are a great ____________
(fill in the blank with your occupation: pool player, thinker,
communicator, problem solver etc.) then how do you expect to
be successful at it? Attitude is everything is a phrase that we have heard
our whole lives and guess what-IT'S SIMPLE & IT'S RIDICULOUSLY TRUE!
Your attitude says so much about how you handle situations that people can
usually tell if you are going to finish your task or quit before
you GIVE YOURSELF a chance to succeed.
In general, individuals who lack confidence will often quit at the
first sign of impending failure, which is the exact opposite of what
self-confident people do. Self-confident individuals pick themselves
up, dust off, and figure out how to make the situation right.
Those lacking confidence allow their failure to reaffirm their own
negative personal ideas and lack of self worth.
Realize that you were created for work and
working makes you successful. Success can be
measured in quite varying degrees. But you cannot make a person who
lacks self confidence a success!
